I understand that by accessing this web site, I am agreeing to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that I am responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. I understand and agree to pay any applicable membership fees. I understand that the fee is due annually thereafter on the Anniversary Date for as long as I wish to remain a “Participating Member”. I understand that MedISAO may, at its sole discretion, raise the required annual fee or cancel my membership at any time.
I understand that the name MedISAO, is a trademark of the “Medical Device ISAO”. I agree that the use of such trademarks in any printed materials or advertising requires the prior written approval of MedISAO. I agree that MedISAO may identify me and/or my organization publicly as a member of MedISAO unless expressly prohibited by me, in writing.
I understand that my commitment of time and funds to MedISAO does not in any way grant me the authority to act on behalf of MedISAO, and understand that I cannot sign contracts or make agreements on MedISAO’s behalf.
